With 30 years of building experience, we started building tiny homes on wheels in 2018. We are originally from the UK but lived in Florida for 10 years where we owned and operated several restaurants, renovated 28 foreclosure homes, and built 4 new construction homes before moving to Weaverville, North Carolina.

We purchased a church building with 10 acres in Weaverville NC, with the intention of renovating it and selling it but plans changed… we renovated the church into a home and added 3 cabins and a tiny home on wheels, and use them for vacation rentals. This is the property at which we build clients’ tiny homes on wheels.

Our Goal >>> To make quality tiny homes for an affordable price. We do that by using a simple floor plan design and quality products.

As we are a small family-run business and don’t have the huge overheads that other tiny home companies do as you’ll see that similar tiny homes on wheels are $90K - $150K! And many charge extra $ for Mini-Split A/C, ZIPS Panel System, etc… Research and you will see the value we offer.
