  • I want one! How do I order?

    Please have your financing plans in order before contacting us.

    Before you purchase a tiny home on wheels please check the planning, zoning, and building requirements in your municipality.

    A deposit of 30% is required to place an order. This is required at the time of signing a contract and the balance would be due upon completion. Contact us!

  • Do you offer financing?

    If your payment plan includes a supplemental loan to your cash budget, please have your financing plans put together before contacting us. Thank you!

    We have partnered with ‘Acorn Finance’ who can help you with your lending needs. Visit the ‘Contact’ page, and you will see a quick link to apply for a loan, along with the Acorn Finance company info.

  • What is not included?

    • Delivery (we do not deliver, we can suggest that you contact a local licensed and insured Hauler/Shipper who can provide you with cost, details, and setup info or we can recommend one - who has been great! He is licensed and insured and offers reasonable prices).

    • Stain/Paint for the interior/exterior

    • Anything else that is not listed on the pricing page

  • What is the completion time?

    They are built to order.

    The current lead time is 4 weeks from start to finish.

    This completion time does vary depending on several factors; Current trailers in stock are 8x24ft and 8x28Ft. If we have to order a trailer that’s not in stock it would be an additional 2-3 weeks as the trailers are custom-built for tiny homes.

  • What size tiny home can you build?

    We have 8x24ft custom tiny home trailers in stock and are our best sellers. The largest we can currently build is 8x28ft.

    Our trailers are all 8ft wide.

  • Can we tour your facility?

    We do not have a facility to tour as such, as we live and run our two businesses from our 10-acre property in Weaverville NC. As we have vacation rental cabins on the property it isn’t currently open to the public without an appointment. We would love you to come to take a look at our vacay rental tiny home and current tiny homes that we have underway. If you would like to make an appointment please reach out and we can arrange a visit.

  • Miscellaneous?

    • We DO NOT rent to own

    • We DO NOT build off-site or on foundations - just tiny homes on wheels

    • We DO NOT have or offer any land for you to park your tiny home

    NOAH inspection and certification provides confidence and peace of mind for consumers and levels the playing field for builders, lenders, insurers, and municipalities.

    Each of our NOAH RDI Certified tiny homes on wheels meets safety, structural, and energy efficiency standards.

    NOAH RDI Home Inspection and Certification provides us the opportunity to build with integrity and access a digitized home inspection for future use.

    Make sure it’s… CERTIFIED BUILT RIGHT by us

    Not all tiny home builds are built the same.

    (The NOAH+ includes safety, structural & energy efficiency standards currently used by the Recreational Vehicle & Home Building industries: The ANSI+ is comprised from ANSI 119.5, (American National Institute) NFPA 1192 National Fire Protection Agency NFPA & 70 (National Electric Code).

  • Why do you only use ZIP System wall and roof sheathing?

    The ZIP SYSTEM sheathing is superior to OSB.

    ZIP sheathing is a one-of-a-kind structural panel that makes the roof and walls highly energy efficient. Comes with a built-in barrier, it manages to prevent air leakage and keep heat, water, and moisture out of the walls and roof, ensuring you a comfortable home. Panels combined with the sheathing tape create an air-tight waterproof barrier.

    It’s pricey, it’s standard with our tiny homes, it is just the best product!

  • What about upgrades?

    Our complete tiny homes are currently set at $50K for an 8x24Ft and $55K for an 8x28Ft. They include basic standard construction hardware, lighting, fixtures, etc… you have the option to downgrade items if you wish to add designer hardware, etc… (The set prices of the trailers may be subject to change due to certain product demand, product price increases still caused by pandemic supply issues).

    Items not listed or additional items you wish to include in the build - such as more windows or larger windows, different front door, and such would be at an additional cost which would be discussed and agreed upon before the build starts. (Unless stated on the pricing page).

    We like it to be a simple, straightforward process for you and us so we don’t complicate things if we don’t have to lol

    Once you have your completed tiny home on wheels you can personalize it, add additional items you want, and make it your own.

  • Plumbing & Septic?

    Our tiny homes on wheels are designed to connect to a septic tank or sewer for waste.

    The freshwater hook-up is designed RV style to simply hook-up to your hose/water supply.

    An electric water heater is included.

    We do not offer any off-grid options at this time, which include compost/incinerator toilet or propane water heaters. We can downgrade the flushing toilet and/or electric water heater and prepare the areas for you, yourself, or a professional installer to install these items after you have received your tiny home.

  • Heating & Electric?

    Heating & Cooling:

    We use Pioneer HVAC units. Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioner heat pump system, 9000 BTU. (Make/Model is subject to change without notice when supply issues occur)

    Electricity:

    Our tiny homes come with 50amps supply. Just like an RV, just plug in the 50amp plug!

    NOAH—The National Organization of Alternative Housing is honored to announce Foremost® Insurance Group will accept NOAH Certified Tiny Houses. Affordable insurance for owners of tiny houses will be accomplished by utilizing the existing comprehensive Foremost® Travel Trailer Program. They will accept (RVIA) Recreational Vehicle Industry Association and NOAH Certified Tiny Houses ONLY. Foremost® will accept applications for personal-use Tiny Houses built on a foundation or on wheels. Agents will have binding authority to $150,000.00 on new Tiny Houses.
